The staff of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd understand themselves to be servants of God who are here to equip ALL of God’s people in our congregation for works of service (Ephesians 4:11-12). We address the institutional needs of our congregation out of necessity, but we value relationships more than programs or policies that are used to maintain an institution.
